For the Mts Future, we are looking for a 1st Captain for a modern inland tanker measuring 110 x 11.40 meters. The basrgesl sails a fixed route between Eemshaven and Rotterdam and specializes in the transport of mineral oils.

You lead the crew, monitor daily operations on board, and ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, you ensure a safe working environment and oversee that cargo is transported according to the highest safety and quality standards.

You are a committed leader who maintains an overview, takes responsibility, and knows how to motivate the crew. Thanks to your experience and expertise, voyages proceed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. Together with your team, you ensure that the ship performs optimally and that clients can count on reliable service.
